The Match Ready Service is custom tailored specifically to YOUR bat to enhance performance & increase bat longevity.
If your bat is brand new, this service will also give you the peace of mind & reassurance of warranty validity (which can otherwise be voided due to insufficient or poor knocking in)
Please note, if you have ordered online, the Match Ready Service takes roughly 13-21 working days to complete.The Priority service takes 7-12 working days to complete. Once the bat is finished we will have your order sent out to you!

The Best Service on the Market
After years of extensive research, we believe our Match Ready service is the best Knocking-In service available. In comparison to other Knocking-In services on the market, our service boasts the most complete job possible.
We've found that most other Knocking-In services will either cause damage during the process, or do not complete the job properly, leading to damage during play.
Hand Knocking of Edges & Toe
The Toe & Edges are the most vulnerable areas on a cricket bat. These areas are most prone to damage & will break if Knocking-In is not completed correctly. Unfortunately, almost every other Knocking-In service on the market will not complete the Toe or Edges as much as required.
Our Match Ready Service includes the completion of the Edges & Toe by hand, along with Hand boning of edges for enhanced longevity & reassurance.
Automated Hand Held Knocking of Face
This service includes up to 200,000 impacts on the face via a unique process. It is set to a force that is very gentle on the bat. It avoids deep bruising of the willow which is unavoidable in commercial Knocking machines & can also occur if the incorrect force is applied. The impact of this process enhances rebound by increasing the 'trampoline effect' to the bat. Most importantly, the Bat is held by hand and observed throughout the entire process (unlike most Knocking Services that use machines where bat is strapped in and the operator presses the button, walks away and comes back once it is done). This means, the process can be modified specifically to suit your bat to allow more time to be spent on areas in need!
This service boasts a unique process that is at least 20 times faster than any commercial Knocking-In Machine

Your Postage costs will vary according to the weight and selected method of delivery. The Greg Chappell Cricket Centre works closely with Australia Post to provide the most cost effective and accurate postage prices. If a combination of items goes above the capped weight (22kg Domestic, 20kg International) you will be contacted by our Customer Service team and quoted a price.

Delivery Times & Order Delays
The Greg Chappell Cricket Centre will process your order within 1 business day of your payment being processed. However, your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
- Stock availability
- Store Hours/Closures
- Incorrect Address provided
- Postal Delays E.g. Bad weather
- Payment has not been accepted (Check for confirmation email)
- Personal details may need to be confirmed for fraud prevention
- Your order may be coming from different locations and could be under different delivery times.
Standard Post times
Within 5 Working Days for Eastern States & 7-10 Working days for other regions of Australia.
Express Post times
Major capital cities 1 working day in all states, Tasmania and NT 1-3 Working days, Country/Regional Areas in other states 1-3 Working Days.

Split Deliveries
The Greg Chappell Cricket Centre will always attempt to deliver your goods from a single location, however, we may need to source goods from multiple locations to finalise the order and have it delivered in the most time efficient manner. Your goods may arrive on different days and possibly via different carriers.
PLEASE NOTE: Your postage charge will NOT be affected by a split delivery.
Track My Order
If you have provided a correct and current email address, you will receive your tracking information via email once it has been dispatched. If you have not received your tracking information, check your junk folder before contacting us at: enquire@cricketcentre.com.au with your order number in the subject field.

Click & Collect
The Greg Chappell Cricket Centre will always attempt to process your order as soon as possible. We ask that you wait to be contacted by GCCC to confirm your order before proceeding to collect instore.
Stock availability in your chosen pickup location may affect processing times or collection times for your order. GCCC will advise you of any delays & notify when your order is ready for collection.
Orders will be held for 30 days after being confirmed as ready for collection. If your order has not been collected by this time, it may be cancelled, and a refund processed.
