Are your online stock levels accurate?

Our website shows combined inventory across all our physical store locations. While we update these levels as closely to real-time as possible, they should be used as a guide only.  

Tip: If you are driving to a specific store for an item, we strongly recommend calling 1800 469 928 first to confirm they have it on the shelf.  

Can I order an item that says "Out of Stock"?

Often yes. Before giving up, please contact us via phone (1800 HOWZAT / 1800 469 928) or email (enquire@cricketcentre.com.au). We can check future incoming shipments or source it from the supplier for you.  

Can I request a special item you don't normally stock?

Usually yes. Email your request to enquire@cricketcentre.com.au. While we cannot guarantee we can supply every niche brand or product, we will do our best to fulfill it or point you in the right direction.  

Does the Cricket Centre price match?
