I am an existing Member. How do I sign in on this website?
Because this is a completely upgraded website platform, all existing members must re-register their account details. Go to the Join Now page and fill in your details using the same email address from your existing account and you account information will be restored on your members profile.

How do I become a new Member?
Simply navigate to the Join Now page, fill in your details, and create an account. Membership unlocks exclusive member-only discount pricing both online and across all physical retail stores; plus you can stay informed about the latest product releases and promotions.

I am having trouble checking out?
If you are having any issues checking out, please screenshot the issue and email it through to us enquire@cricketcentre.com.au, or send us a quick message on the websites live chat feature. We will attempt to repair the issue as soon as possible.

How do I use the live chat feature?
It’s simple! Just say "Hi",  and then we will get back to you as soon as possible! Please keep in mind we may be speaking to several customers and we are trying as hard as we can to answer everyone quickly. The more information you can provide for us, the easier it will make it. If you are enquiring about a particular product, please give us the name of the product and the size.

What payment methods can I use?
We currently accept Card Payments, Zippay, Afterpay and PayPal payments as our primary payment options. If you are looking to pay via Bank Transfer, please send us an email enquire@cricketcentre.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you were looking for a payment option that we have not mentioned, unfortunately, that method is not currently accepted at the Cricket Centre.
