At the Greg Chappell Cricket Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item might not be quite right, or you might change your mind. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made online & in-store at the Cricket Centre cricketcentre.com.au.

Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about an item purchased online or in store, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for an exchange or a store credit, provided the following conditions are met:
Proof of Purchase: You must provide your original receipt or proof of purchase.
Original Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original, saleable condition.
Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags attached and accessories included.
For health reasons, protectors (boxes), and related undergarments (briefs / trunks / jockstraps / compression shorts / compression longs etc) are not available for return.
No Personalisation: Items that have been custom-made, personalised (e.g., bat knocking-in, toe guard application, custom embroidery), or altered cannot be returned due to change of mind.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply for certain items, which will be advised upon contact with our customer service team.

Please Note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind returns on online purchases. A store credit or exchange will be issued.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item you purchased online from us is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the description, we will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact our Customer Service team immediately upon discovering the fault or damage. We may ask for photographs or further details to assess the issue.
Depending on the nature of the fault, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair, or store credit.
Assessment: All returned faulty items will be assessed by our team. This may involve sending the item to the manufacturer for their assessment.
Fair Wear and Tear: This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
Bat Damage: Cricket bats, particularly, are subject to significant stress during use. While we only stock quality bats, no bat is unbreakable. We assess bat damage based on manufacturing faults versus damage due to general use or misuse (e.g., hitting yorkers, edge shots, hitting with a new ball without knocking in).
How to Return an Online Purchase
1. Contact Customer Service: Before sending anything back, please contact us on 1800 469 928 or enquire@cricketcentre.com.au to discuss your return reason.
2. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included.
3. Include your filled in GCCC Returns Form.
4. Ship Your Return: Send your item to the address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as the Greg Chappell Cricket Centre is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Processing Your Return
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team:
For Exchanges: Your new item will be shipped to you (additional shipping charges may apply for the new item, depending on the value and size).
For Store Credit: A store credit will be issued to your online account or as a digital gift card within 3-5 business days.
For Refunds (Faulty Items Only): Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
